Demi Johnston founded Willow Hair Co to make hair that works for real life. After over a decade in top salons and running her own home studio, she opened Willow with her youngest son just ten months old. Today, the salon thrives as a space that blends creativity, precision, and flexibility.
As a mum of two, Demi knows life doesn’t pause for a hair appointment. That’s why we offer Saturdays plus late nights on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
